DOUGH MIXER MOTORS

Dough mixer motors are typically two speed or variable speed inverter/vector duty motors used to power large commercial dough mixers. These motors are used in large commercial bakeries for mixing bread, bagel, cookie and cake dough.

Reuland's Dough mixer motors are available in 30 horsepower to 200 horsepower range, with 2-speed motors typically being 1800/900 rpm, and 1200/600 rpm, constant torque designs. Variable speed inverter duty motors are typically available as constant torque designs over a 2:1 or 3:1 speed range, with TEFC enclosure, and wash-down features.

Stator M-19, M-36, or M-45 Electrical steel laminations. Other lamination grades are available upon request. Hand-wound to ensure balanced and symmetrical windings.
Rotor M-19, M-36, or M-45 Electrical steel laminations. Other lamination grades are available upon request. Die-cast aluminum, wound rotor, copper, or copper alloy rotor construction.

Frame NEMA frames 256 through 449. Custom frames also available, consult factory.
Construction Cast iron or Cast aluminum frame and end bells. Consult factory for Stainless Steel construction and/or custom design.
Enclosures Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC); Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated (TENV); Washdown features including sealing for ingress protection and stainless steel shaft for corrosion resistance.
Bearings Heavy-duty Steel ball, Ceramic ball, or Roller bearings to suit specific applications.
Bearing Lubrication Pre-Lubricated Sealed or Shielded; Re-Greasable Open; Food Grade Grease
