EASA 2025 Guitar Giveaway Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win


1.  Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by Reuland Electric Motor Company (“Sponsor”), located at 225 N Unruh Ave, City of Industry, CA 91744.

2.  Eligibility: Open to attendees of the EASA 2025 Tradeshow in Nashville, TN, July 19–22, 2025. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person. Employees of Reuland Electric Motor Company and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3.  How to Enter: To enter, drop your business card into the designated entry bowl at the Reuland booth during the event. Entries will be accepted from 9:00 a.m. CST on July 19, 2025, through 1:55 p.m. CST on July 21, 2025. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4.  Prize: One (1) winner will receive a custom Epiphone Les Paul electric guitar with a hard case. Approximate retail value: $600. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents will be offered.

5.  Winner Selection: A random drawing will be conducted at the Reuland booth on July 21, 2025, beginning at approximately 2:00 p.m. CST. No additional entries will be accepted after 1:55 p.m. CST on July 21, 2025.

6.  Must Be Present to Win: Winner must be physically present at the Reuland booth at the time of the drawing to claim the prize. If the drawn winner is not present, another name will be drawn every 2 to 5 minutes until a present entrant is identified and confirmed as the winner.

7.  General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Reuland Electric Motor Company to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8.  Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

9.  Winner List: To request the name of the winner, email marketing@reuland.com with the subject line “Winner List” within 30 days of the end of the event.
