[City Of Industry, CA, AUG 16th 2023] - OnCore is excited to announce the successful acquisition of Reuland Electric, a world-renowned electric motor manufacturer and technology leader. Reuland’s exceptional capabilities and 85 years of experience form the foundation that will provide the best products to a world which relies ever more on electric motor solutions.


Reuland manufacturers electric motors for a wide range of applications and markets including movable bridges, cranes, elevators, military, shipboard, infrastructure and industrial. The company serves thousands of repeat customers and enjoys a long-standing reputation for quality and durability. Reuland is known for producing some of the longest lasting motors in the industry. Reuland products and components are manufactured in the USA in two facilities in California and Michigan. The company's commitment to craftsmanship and superior quality aligns perfectly with Oncore's mission and vision for the future. With additional resources, and new investments in technology and factory modernization, Reuland will continue to make history, 85 years’ worth and counting.


ClearStone International provided comprehensive due diligence services for OnCore, including securing all necessary capital to fund the acquisition.
